Steve, you deserve all the recognition in the world. My husband and I love you. You're one of our favorite comedians. We love your connection with Renae, we can definitely relate to you two. Hubby's a Virgo, I'm a Pisces. Just putting it there lol. Anyway, I hope you get the rest that you need and never forget the blessings you've been given. You have such a beautiful family and you've had many wonderful adventures. Not alot of ppl can say that. I feel nervous when somebody talks about not having more fame, bc there is a huge cost that comes with it. I understand if you want more work and bigger shows, but you don't wanna be so huge that paparazzi stalks you guys and life becomes so unbearable you can't get away from it. Nobody should have to suffer that kind of fate. Keep your head up. We all love you and we're with you in whatever you decide to do ❤

I feel you Steve, is hard for an ambitious person. It might look that you are marching on the spot but I feel that all things come at a time least expected. PS my husband had to point it out to me the other week to don't beat myself up for my top shelf expectations when they don't go in expected direction. PPS better things are on the line later on. Keep up the good work. Love from UK.

I had one of these days yesterday, full of frustration while working so hard for my hopes and dreams. Count your blessings, you have a great family and a ride or die partner. That’s is sooo important! I love that she is so positive and supportive. It’s okay to feel this way every now and then, feel your emotions because they are valid. But in the end you have your family and that’s all that matters. I have to say, I didn’t know who you were until I stumbled upon your latest Netflix show and i absolutely loved it! Family values, marriage life and the family oriented aspect that you bring is refreshing and unlike anyone else. I also like that I can watch with my family and don’t have to worry about foul language. You’re doing a great job! Good things are coming, you said it yourself, God is GOOD!!

I have gone through what you're feeling in a different aspect. I worked hard my entire life and helped those who needed it, I was financially successful with no college education. I have gone through being successful to being homeless to getting back on my feet to become financially successful again. I keep telling myself that God has a plan for me. I just need to keep myself humble and appreciate the life I have and keep my family happy. God blesses those that work hard, and the Devil gives handouts to make your life hard.

First of all, let me say that I love your comedy shows, specials, and podcasts. We all have our frustrating days, no matter the profession/job. To be honest, I try to live a life with the "attitude of gratitude " with that being said... I was watching this podcast today in my car eating lunch before going into work. Sorry, I've been behind. I had put up the sun shade in my windshield dash (because this is TEXAS), and I'm watching this (getting a little bit irritated if I'm being honest) and this guy backs up into the front of my car. I dont even see it coming because my shade is up. I get out to take pictures, and he sort of pisses me off with his attitude ( when HE was at fault.) I started taking some pictures really quickly of his vehicle and license plate (because I've had people run off in the past). I then see his license plate that says "Disabled Vet" and all I could think about is you, Steve, and what you do for Veterans. All I could do was say "don't worry about it, and thanked him for his service" I had been so pissed and there IS damage to my vehicle, but I couldn't file a claim because what did he give up for me and this country?? I've had a hard life, and I'm currently living a hard, hard life, but what has he been through?? Really puts things into perspective.

I can only voice support here for both Steve and Renee. Add to the fact that being Mexican-American seems to also other people back, I went to the military became a decorated combat veteran of two wars for this country. And nobody would give me a shot once I left the Marine Corps. So I went to college and not for some BS degree, crushed and graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's and and MBA in 3 years of overloaded classes uer round while working and rising 2 little kids. I'm still struggling to find parity with white peers in my industry.

I think Tatiana hit the nail on the head. The fun, family man doesn’t fit the SNL bit. Also, what Renae said about the you guys being put into SNL, that’s a quick flame that burns out. Unfortunately, living in Texas is probably not helping much either since the rest of the world, especially the industry, hates Texas. That being said, don’t sell yourself out, be you and be true.

Save your by far my favorite comedian of all time. I've been watching your podcast since day one. You were my first comedy show I've ever been to. And in my opinion Society of all these big-name production companies or Netflix specials they are going against the grain when they come to you. You are a married man who is a beautiful wife and two great kids. No drug problems alcohol problems no trouble. And I hope that no one gets mad at me for this but part of it I think is your conservative values. And what's a scary thing is about getting really big you can get sued very easily. But I will never stop being a fan

It seems like it’s the new way if you look online you’ll see that many new comedians that are fresh in the game if they are funny, they are going around on podcasts and getting exposure that way. Try podcasts like Andrew Santino Bert Kreischer, Whitney, Tom Segura I don’t know maybe I’m wrong. Sending hugs from Canada

I get the sentiment. And it can be really frustrating. But the same goes for other people in other circumstances. For instance. I was always fat ( for European standards ) ever since childhood. In my late thirties I lost a lot of weight and suddenly people talked to me. I finally was a person, a peer, an equal. It was actually very upsetting for me. Because I did not find it 'fun' or anything. I didn' trust these people who suddenly confirmed my existence. And for good reason, so it seems, because ten years later, I'm healed ( fat again ) and where have all these people gone ? Do not look onto others and what they might or might not have. Easier said then done, but it will make your life easier, for sure. Good luck xxx

Steve, Mr. Leg Show (lol)... perhaps it's time to think outside the box. you filled the box, really well in fact, with every lie they sent you off with. but the answer wasn't in their box. if you want spotlight success, perhaps the more random you are, the more mysterious you are to the internet, the more curious the crowd get. live true to yourself. ken watanabe, the japanese guy from the last samurai started (or funded?) a community cafe to help out the town he loves when the earthquake hit and destroyed everything. shane gillis had 1 good stand up and people jumped online looking for more content from him, didn't see any so the binge search party was there asking for more. the big media took advantage of that search. you put everything out and people like me are just binging on your humor. hopefully you find a niche in the world with your humor bigger than the establishment.

Steve, Rick is trying to tell you it’s all perspective, I love Rick but he doesn’t get the Hispanic part. It’s REAL. You are not stereotypical, Relatable and Til Death are my favorite specials of yours. Self produced, right? Maybe stick to that, owing money after your Netflix did so well, sucks. George sets us back 50 years can’t listen to him. Plus he seems miserable. My advice to you, keep working hard, it’s gotten you this far, stop “WANTING “ it never lets us enjoy the now. You have Renae who always has your back…others who are monetarily successful don’t have the three F’s. ❤️ Love and blessings always! See y’all in Vegas!

Thank you Steve for sharing your thoughts about what the industry does because you are absolutely right. I can tell you I am a native from Los Angeles California and I have seen many many many many go through the industry whether they’re acting comedians singers and I can tell you that Mexicans and blacks go through the same thing they have to work 20 times harder, have time more credit to even get a slight cut of the pie so it’s not a lie what you’re speaking we continue to support you. Thank you for not playing the stereotypes. We do need those rolls, but not excessively.

I loved you when you were more humble, actually. Once you started getting crude, you lost me. We went to see you and spent a lot of money for great tickets to see you at the Tobin Center for your Netflix show, and to be honest, the opening comedian was so much funnier. I was so disappointed and could have killed my husband for spending so much money to see your show! If you need a break? Please, I beg you, please take a break!! Re think your plan and your strategy. You don’t need to be crude to be funny!! You complaining on this platform is so wrong! It’s damaging to your career! Take the time off to refresh!! Go back to being funny just being you! Cut the crudeness out!! Find better material. You were funny!! You can get there again. Just refresh and stop complaining publicly! This is my thought. Perhaps you moved too fast and grew too fast! Just my thoughts! Good luck to you!

Not sure how much you're asking for guidance above, but one thing for sure the Bible says over 365 times More than once for each day: have no fear!!! I can't count how many times I just heard you say how fearful you are. 5. Downsize and change your expectations that are related to money - because clearly your focus is on $ and saying I'm worried I'm scared AND YEA the recession IS here so you should live with less and do more for love and when you do that people see it and reward it I promise you❤ And lastly quit being upset that you're not able to go on a show that's really all about an evil foundation you should be connecting with all the Americans Not trying to just get on the show so you can succeed and be more famous for denerio.....the soul is definitely more important than almighty dollar just saying❤ Attitude is everything but also when you're not concentrating on what you want - it will be presented right at your feet.
