Your cooking style is not affordable for every one the ingredients you use in the recipes are not known or beyond their reach to common people, I think you can also leave an option for alternate to skip such not so common and above all they so expensive for such simple recipes so keep that in mind in your recipes, this not just my thoughts alone I have met many of my friends when we talk about local food bloggers most of them they think your blogs are for distinctive for rich society only therefore they hesitate to watch your videos.

You are correct. Aunty Anoma caters to a niche group. She has mentioned that in her early videos. Those that belong to this specific group will embrace her style of cooking. Others who can not come close to her social status has plenty of other cooking channels to watch.
