As a coloured chiller it is very sad to hear how divided we are after 30 years. Why are people trying to change the words "whites only" to "blacks only". I was born a South African and I did not have any choice in that matter but I'm proud to be a South African and yes Im not black, that looks like a white person but is surprisingly married to a zulu women but still we don't release that the only way South Africa can be better is to work together as one and to do that it does not seem easy to achieve beacuse of some people that are smart such as Sol which doesn't release that the only way we can make South Africa a better country is to eat breath and stay together. When a white person says the word black in a negivitve way then its called racism but if a black person says the word white in a nrgivitive way then its funny which does not make sense at all .I try and teach my son on a daily to treat every single person equally no matter their background or skin tone and I even stopped watching for a moment beacuse this is sad but let me watch on because I love the show !!!
@nhlanhlambatha80354 ай бұрын
In a perfect world but we have people uneducated, no water no electricity and they gave up on politics years ago
@DankieLarnie4 ай бұрын
@@nhlanhlambatha8035 That is true but we can start by changing oursleves for future generations with how we teach and act around our kids. Like for example, I took my son to a gogo that looked after 7 boys who stayed close to where I grew up and it's where I learned about the struggle of so many black South Africans but after almost 10 years when she seen me she still remembered me and started crying with happiness but the deeper lesson to my son was to show him we are all one and should love equally. I also experienced racism with a close black friend of mine and I felt the effect of racism with his emotion and it was a very sad moment but he is a well educated man, who did not make that hold him back in achieving so much that he has in his life. So I really hate it when people say its because of apartheid this and that... 30 years later and we still blaming the white man. So are we going to blame the white man after 100 years, no man come on we should work together to make this country the best in Africa fullstop
@seektruth57504 ай бұрын
Black people are very forgiving and all and I’ve seen the will from black peoples side to make the “rainbow nation” work. What I’ve seen though is that many white people are content just being by themselves, which is like ok, but not only that, I don’t think it’s just online, they call black people derogatory names, the main Whig that black people are dumb and primitive, they say the most insulting things and I’ve seen and debated this same thing with them literally over 10 times, so it’s no coincidence. And I’m shocked that this is how they see black people , so really, it’s a defense mechanism for black people cos they most probably will be left with egg on their face.

As some one who was diagnosed with depression once, I actually get both perspectives. I'm glad I had someone to support me through it but at the end of the day, I had to want it for myself. Otherwise the therapy or any other intervention wouldn't have worked. Where I find fault with J Molley though, is when he placed the responsibility of his recovery and mental health on Shamiso. Saying only she could save him if she wanted, that's both manipulative and unfair. He has to want it for himself

@LLEntertainment that’s the problem with ANC worshippers. The goal here is not for a specific party to win, is for this country to improve for everyone in it. If 1 group fails for 30 years straight, we give another one a chance. It’s not a war against political parties, it’s a war against poverty. The point of all this is South Africa winning not a group of people in the ANC. And now your group is forced to work with others for the betterment of everyone in this country. As Mac G have said, we are so divided, they've managed to divide us and we go against each other. only if we can unite. I wish the PODCAST AND CHILL CAN FORM SOMETHING like a political party, SO THAT IN THE NEXT NATIONAL votes we can vote for you guys. I know you might know a little about politics, but I believe in you guys. You have so much influence, even if neither of you guys becomes a leader or the president, but choose someone who you think share the same interests, values, perception with you guys.

DA would still get those numbers because we are voting for it, I started long ago. It's not only whites who vote for DA. We are tired of being enslaved by our own in the name of loyalty or skin colour.I'm not voting EFF, ANC or MK. Also, with BOSA, it started late and was not marketed well. So I personally didn't expect much but I did vote for BOSA nationally so they can get a footing inside the parliament for now.

Interesting view, i respect it! 1) what is your take on Khayelitsha, Phillippe and Nyanga? Plus all coloured areas? The fact that they are not improving under the DA? 2) What is your take on what they can do better to be more inclusive to the youth in thise areas plagued by drugs? Crime etc? 3) After so long, why is the forward lookingness not including the majority of the Western Cape polation?

The more we vote for other parties the less seats the ANC gets to jave in parliament, we are on the right track South Africans. Keep up the good work and next time, we need more people people to show up to make their voices heard. The ANC mightve gotten even less seats had the rest of the registered voters who are apathetic showed up to vote AGAINST the ANC.

I changed my voting station and when I got to there, they asked my section 24a. I showed them on my email, and they said I was not on the list of that voting station i must go vote wher3 i originaly registered 💔. And that was in a different town. Even though I had shown them the successful application. After I stood so long on that line I went home and cried. My heart was so broken.😢
