Just to give some people here a little bit of an understanding of how corrupt Lesufi is: The metro city, Cape Town, has more construction activity than the WHOLE province Gauteng COMBINED. That means a city of 4.8 million people is performing better than a province of 15.1 million people. That means CT has more jobs in the construction business than GP has. Were do you people, who do not get chest pains from Lesufi, think this money is going to?

Are they perhaps the selfsame beneficiaries who've accumulated wealth under the previous system, now flexing their ill-gotten financial muscle to effect political outcome of their preference.
