i love how for broadway/tour shows the actors don't even need to be in the theatre til 30 min before curtain, and at college we need to start getting into hair/makeup/costumes 2 hours before lol

Skylar Ryan That's the Equity half hour. Often in Professional productions, actors will still get there before the half hour call. To them, it can also depend on when they first appear onstage in the show.

Saw this on Wednesday night in Tampa at the Straz, it was my first time seeing Something Rotten live and it was fantastic!! and incredible experience and the cast was of course flawless!! i also loved sticking around for the talk back with some of the cast afterward, got some very good info/advice from them

The Straz center is massive. It has over 2600 seats! To put that into perspective, the biggest broadway theatre has 1938 seats.

If you are meaning the tour cast, they usually don't change the casts unless something big happens that they won't be able to perform any longer (ie., death, pregnancy, etc)
