Thank you for interviewing Belinda Beck. I'm Australian but a long way from Brisbane and found out about Belinda's work but couldn't access it. However, since the Onero program has been licenced, I'm fortunate to have found a licenced practitioner an hour's drive away - I've just started the program (2 weeks). The exercises are challenging, so learning the techniques is imperative. Belinda is "breaking the wall" - overcoming entrenched medical approach to osteoporosis by proving that bone growth is possible with targetted exercise. It is also about diet and balance/posture and Belinda's program does effect postural change. Dr Beck has been successful in receiving endorsement now with Healthy Bones Australia and because she is involved with various groups influential in the protocols for professionals working with osteoporosis, she is making some inroads. My hope is that doctors will now start prescribing Onero for women BEFORE onset of menopause so that women don't grow into this condition when it is preventable. Belinda Beck is also finalising a further trial with the use of low intensity vibration and the Onero program, so I can't wait for that!

I am looking forward to starting the program in about 3 weeks here in South Australia. Onero also means dream in Greek.
