Seasoned FTOs who know the streets are a valuable commodity that agencies appear to be overlooking. Some agencies are paying seasoned officers to leave.

How foolish. The actual real reason Ralph was dubbed the most decorated cop WAS NOT because of medals. The real reason is because he had the most tattoos. Yea, he got involved in some hairy situations, but "the most decorated" thing started out as a joke. As the years passed, somehow it became this big lie. What a fraud!!.

@MAXSYTKZbin No, I'm actually 1000% correct. I spent 23 years on that job. Not a bad guy and somewhat street smart. I retired as a sergeant and knew Ralph personally. Even after retirement when he worked security at the Shark Bar in Manhattan. So I'm right. Don't believe everything you read, especially when it's a play on words. You say he's your uncle, but did you work with him? They're called "war stories." All cops have them, and sorry to burst your bubble, but uncles tell tall tales to their family members. You probably grew up hearing his "war stories" and undoubtedly believed every single one. Poor kid.
