सबसे पहले तो मेरे हीरो जुनैद सर आपका चरण स्पर्श, मैं बलिया से हु और आपसे आपके जुनुन भरे कार्य से भलीभाती परिचित हूं। रात 8 -8 बजे तक लोगो की समस्याओं को सुनना और उनके सफलता तथा विजय की मीठी सी मुस्कान के के साथ उनको विदा करना वो तो आपका बड़ापन कहूं या आपके शिक्षा का प्रभाव? Sir आप वो इंसान है जो जब तक सभी के समस्याओं को सुन नही लेते तब तक आप office से जाते नही थे। Sir आपको पता हो या न लेकिन मुझे बखूबी पता है और गांव के बूढ़े, जवान, महिलाओं और आपके ऑफिस में कार्य करने वाले सबसे एक ही बात सुने थे" ई वाला साहब बहुते ईमानदार आदमी है" । बलिया नई तहसील की एक एक इट तक बोल रहा था की "हम त यहां बहुत दिन से ऐसाही खड़ा बानी लेकिन आईसन साहब आज तक ना देखनी" फिर ऐसे लग रहा था वो बिल्डिंग की सारी दिवारे आपस में बात कर रही थीं , " लागत बा की बाहर अभी इंसानियत जिंदा बा"। एक बार मेरा भी एक काम पड़ा सर से, तो उस काम के लिए एक उसी तहसील के एक कर्मचारी में मेरे से 40,000/ का अतिरिक्त सेवा की माग की लेकिन मैं रहा बलिया का बागी, और इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय का संघर्षी नौजवान, मैं कर्मचारी सर की सेवा नही किया खैर कर्मचारी भी कोई छोटे मोटे कर्मचारी नही थे, उन्होंने मुझे बहुत दौड़ भाग कराया लेकिन काम नही किया अंत में मैं IAS जुनैद अहमद सर के पास गया, सीधे सर के ऑफिस में पहुंचा sir का अरदली मुझे बहुत रोका लेकिन मैं रुकने को तैयार नही था क्योंकि मैं जून के गर्मी में दौड़ भाग के बहुत थक गया था और सरकारी अधिकारी के प्रति मेरा विचारधारा थोड़ा कट्टर हो गईं थीं, खैर तब तक sir ने मेरी और अर्दली के बीच मीठी नोक चोक के अंदर से ही देखा और मुझे अंदर बुला लिया फिर sir ने मेरी समस्या को सुना और आगे sir ने एक सच्चे देश सेवक की भुमिका निभाई। और मैं sir से इतना प्रभावित हुआ की इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय की अपनी सक्रिय राजनिति छोड़ कर अपने sir के भूत का अनुसरण करने लगा। बलिया के वो पुण्य का फल था की आप बलिया में आए लेकिन जाने की खबर ने अंदर से झकझोर दिया, रोंगटे खड़े हो गए मानो परिवार का कोई जिम्मेदार आदमी साथ छोड़ दिया हो। इक्षा थी आपके साथ एक नए दुनिया की तरह आपके साथ फोटो लू लेकिन मेरे अंदर की संकोच ने मुझे बार बार रोक दिया। बस अब यही सपना हो गया है***********

Dekh Bhai always read books according to your liking Samajh tujhe fiction padhna bohot achcha lagta hai and mai bolun ki nhi tu self help padh toh tu eventually books ko hate Krna start krde Read books randomly Agar Naya start kar rha hai then start with books jo 100-150 pages ke around ho and jldi khatam ho jaaye nhi toh wahi interest jaayega Also uss language mein padhna start kar jismein tu comfortable ho
