ये आई पी एस जो बी एस एफ,सी आर पी के प्रमुख होते हैं।वह राज्यों में यही हरकत करते हुए आते हैं।सी आर पी, बी एस एफ के अन्य अफसर उनकी ही देखा देखी करते हैं।जो आर्मी से बी एस एफ आदि में आते हैं ।वह भी अंग्रेजी कानून चलाते रहते हैं।आर्मी ,पुलिस दोनो के पुराने कानून इन गधे नेताओं और आई ए एस को बदलने की कभी नहीं सूझी।

I knew the case where there was a martial discord between jawan and his wife. Wife approach to jawan officer for complaint. And officer started messaging her and trying to manipulate her. Both have affair. Now that woman have complaint against that officer with proof of whatsapp messages. Cout of inquiry is going on😢😢

The problem with our democratic system is that we cannot reach out to the netas and even top officers with ease.U alwz need a link man to take u to them.Get him to listen to u.Even after this hearing ,there is no accountability.The neta IAS combine damn care about public expectation while framing rules and result is perennial suffering.Two way process of easy communication needs to be improved without fail.Its mockery of democracy as things are in practice for last 77 years.

In past many persons have taken benifit of disability pension because of loopholes in past system. They were not effectively disable but taking advantage of dollars disability person. But new rules have become too strict. Balance or specially Military beneficial balance is necessary for Armed forces.
