For example, keeping the left leg behind, rotating the body to generate energy, and hitting the shuttle - these are game-changing tips. Hai bro..once upon a time I was a cricket player..and then I met accident while playing football in my knee PCL and ACL injury.I was so disappointed bocz I not playing after that.one day my friend was introduced badminton game ..he want to touch up with me that smash sound change my way ..
