@ this means once you start seeing a contractor having financial problems so early on the project that’s not good If this guy is family member then your really in trouble If it’s an independent contractor your still screwed

@@Mrhappy555 AH understand now sorry penny didn't drop first time apologies We have contract and we are on stage payments pre determined date or when completion levels achieve 6 in total I am wise to it and defiantly not family that was only on Great Wall Don Khwang where we bought materials and agreed rate Cheers for your update Gary and Mon 😎👍
