Insulin resistance l have. I'm confused as ben bikman has proteinin the diet is ok .. is protein not ok hear? For mitochondria health? Is it only fat and fiber? No disrespect..she speaks to fast .. slow down a bit please 🙏

I’d recommend Dr Myhill’s book 📖 the paleo ketogenic diet but in essence she recommends a more classic keto approach, 70-80% fat and 20% protein with minimal carbohydrates and some fibre if desired / tolerated
