The Feelgood Band are the tribute band Wilko refers to at the 60 minute mark, as he says, he saw us at The Railway Southend and was visibly very pleased. He's seen us more than once, so he must have enjoyed it 😎

In the 70"s I went into the Kensington Pub and the pub was so packed I could only just get in. Feelgood were playing and they really rocked the place. Will never forget it. Blow me away !!!

Will be seeing him for the first time later this month. You’re an absolute legend, Wilko. So happy to see so much love being thrown his way lately 🎭

Absolutely a legend for sure. The first time i heard Dr Feelgood i was floored by his guitar techniques. I know Mick Green is where he got it but he put his spin on it. Bruce, love ya too man but lets hear some Wilko

I'm chuffed I found this on the utube , I saw the feelgoods through the 70s until life's twists and turns , then Wilko, disease and Roger Daltry , then a plethora of utube malarkey that's Wilko based . Real decent bloke , hope the angels sing with him . 👍🇬🇧

Great show as always honestly say never knew who Dr Feelgood was.. but I know Ian Dury great music. Might have to learn some more Blues🎸 which I love. Don't worry I already know heaps of Iron Maiden cut my teeth on that stuff. Love Iron Maiden❤️❤️❤️🎸

The 'perfection in a bigger setting' thing, I don't know about that. There's gonna be more volume involved certainly, and that's something Iron Maiden would know about.

Excellent conversation guys. But i have to disagree regarding Ian Drury. I met him personally several times in the 1980's. Ian was only ever mouthy with people who he felt threatened by. Wilko simply points put that the booze brought it out more.
