​@@ozarkgladiators5819 I spent my entire first game with Psylocke thinking that card was defensive tech, right up until the last turn when I realised it's offensive. 😅 Then I used it to change Jean's big physical attack into mystical and she ripped Elektra apart atom by atom (rolled 12 successes against 0!). 😮😮😮 I think I like this card! 😅

Correct, the cover only applies when attacker was outside of range 2. In our case Logan’s attack was range 3.

@@ozarkgladiators5819 However, Logan got a wild on that roll, and since you modify your own dice before modifying your opponent's, the pierce negates the cover.

Looking through the rules I thought Cover was a dice modify, which happens last for defender. Didn't realize pierce did negate cover, thank you for the heads up there.

As always ... duh ... great content and much appreciated. A few things: 1. I recently finished my Cabal and am looking forward to my first X-Force game, so this was timely. 2. Shatterpoint. I just ordered mine and am looking forward to seeing your games with it. Will you be doing the lore+game videos for these? (Yes. The answer is yes. 🙂). 3. I have resisted 3D printing because I have yet to see terrain that does not have print lines/striations. I would be very much interested in seeing your journey with this tech. Basically, I'm ready to dive into 3D printing, but just need a reason. So far, I trust your views on things, and would like to follow you as you grow in this area. Maybe you can prove to me that 3D printing is worth it. Anyway, thanks again for what you are adding to this awesome hobby we share. -Joe

1) Awesome, X-Force can be a really fun squad to play. I plan to mess a bit more with other people in it. 2) Yes to both plus we are looking to get back to a narrative game with Shatterpoint. 3) I was also concerned about the lines. I have found that the filament you use and the nozzle size can really affect how badly the lines look. I have also found that there is a Bondo spray paint that is supposed to really help fill in those lines. Overall, my prints don’t look too bad, well let me rephrase that my latest prints don’t look too bad. I’m going to try out the Bondo paint and I will probably do a short video on my experience with all this.
