Thank you very much. I am not going to lie, at first I really regretted making Psylocke an option due to her complexity. However I used the MCP as part of the basis for her history we would choose, and then we just decided we needed to keep the rest kind of simple. I am glad it worked out in the end!

That was a head scratcher for me too. From a comic perspective I am not sure what they were going for with this rule.

Now that you mention it, having a movement on a bow attack does seem wierd (though there are the howling commandos); I just think that the attack isn't going to be worth it most of the time with @pursuit not being guaranteed.
