Ingredients:
300g Garoupa fish fillet 石班鱼肉片

Pinch of salt 盐少许

1 cup flour 面粉
Marinate for / 腌制10-15 minutes

1/4 green pepper bell 青灯笼椒
3-4 tbsp ketchup 番茄酱
(you may add in some plum sauce or vinegar 或者您可以加些梅酱或醋)
1/4 bowl water
1 tbsp sugar 糖
1/4 zucchini 夏南瓜
1/2 tomato番茄
1/4 pineapple 凤梨
