Proactively communicate -Keep your clients and co-workers in the loop -No one should be left in the dark. 3. Relentlessly pursue all leads - Earn that pay -Email, call, text them 7 times. Persistence wins. -You not only help yourself, but you also help your partners 4. Be a subject matter expert -Know your stuff -If you don't know the answer, let them know you'll get back to them in an hour. 5. Be likable -Be positive -Have a smile -Call people by their names -Remember lil things about previous conversations. Check up on them Do these in order
