12 week challenge definitely worked! Just have to be consistent with the calls and I saw the most benefit. I have closed over 30 deals so far and counting.

@@TheLoanOfficerPodcast I was thinking amd I see a lot of New LO's that are either thinking about getting in the business or ready in asking about Compensation amd whats out there and what they should be looking for. Maybe a company that provides leads vs one that doesn't and maybe direct lender vs broker. Just an idea, keep up the good work.

To be more specific, maybe for a call center LO. I watched the episode that D.O. referred me to about call center LO. It was informative but didn't really go into the specifics on how to improve. Referrals are becoming a greater focus for us now even in the call center roles, as lead flow is slowing. Im attempting to do the 12 week challenge, however i am licensed in 25 states and am not able to meet with them face to face (so zoom only). Any types ?
