I just realized I didn’t leave a comment because I started talking steaks with my wife lol. She did the carnivore diet for a while and still eats a good amount of steak. Only once at a small show (25 tables) did I feel that their was an issue. The big shows of over 225 tables is where I believe the problem could really become reality. Thanks for taking the time to swing in sir.
