I have just seen 1 or 2 videos about the benefits of having a healthy life with some change in the way we eat and what we eat. I m inspired. I have always wanted to help out patients who are in hospitals going through serious health conditions specifically kidney problems. I really want to dedicate my life in whatever way I can. Could you please give some suggestion as to how I can go about it. Thank you

I've been suffering from bad gut since teenage years. In my early 30s now. Today, after watching your amazing video, I'd like to take a pledge to give up on sugar completely and replace it with probiotics. I'll give you an update every month I promise (myself). Thank you for all that you do doc. God bless you

It's been 1 month now and I've cut back on sugar so much that I see a huge improvement in my overall health especially my mental well being. I'm trying to cut down completely on processed sugar in the next few weeks and see how it works our for me. Thanks again for all your valuable information luke. You're the best
@shantinaturechild32396 жыл бұрын
@@prashaanthi well done! To replace the refined bleached sugar and not get cravings, replace it by whole fruit. You can make fruit (60%) and tender leaves like lettuce or wild edibles like nettles or dandelion etc (40%) your breakfast meal. Research raw food combining to not mix things like bananas with acidic fruit like citrus or amla etc. Make it tasty and fun! It has saved people's lives! Intermittent fasting is also very beneficial! Like you skip dinner and eat the same amount of food in a shorter eating window. You will lose weight and gain muscle while eating exactly the same! 18 hours are ideal but 16 or any improvement to now is a step towards health. All just my opinion and experience. Be well!

So you know how to do the healing of the gut? Well let's hear it. I keep my gut clean by eating only a very few vegetables and a lot of meat and fat and fish and eggs. I have leaky gut and the more vegetables I eat the sicker I become. I eat absolutely NO fruit becuase it does me damage. NO CARBOHYDRATES. Some coffee with cream. I cook with butter. No milk. That is the only way I can survive. If I wanted to be a vegan it would be impossible, it would make me so ill it would and does, completely cripple me mentally and phisically.
@fjhgh1005 жыл бұрын

@@fjhgh100 I made a dicovery only last year. I gave up milk and a lot of disappeared.. While I can eat and cook with butter and cream still. Milk is off the list. I don't know what man has done to it. Just thought it might help. You never seem to know where surprises come from. I got that shock after forty years.

Toni I haven’t drank milk in 40 yrs , it’s poison in my book unless it’s organic and raw , camel milk is gold but super expensive .. I stick with almond milk I can afford that.
