What does Rick say about whether or not we should use the brick dried chilis we get in our grocery stores? Should we pass and go for internet ones? Does it really make a difference. Seco o fresco?

I’m so making that mole coloradito I’m going to omit the almonds due to allergies but yummy

If the end result is an orange broth on the plate, ¿why do you call it "a yellow mole"?

Oh so coloradito must be the mole that is super sweet like bbq sauce?

Hello Steve. I just ate some enchiladas mole. Okay, they were frozen. Sorry. I have eaten enchiladas with mole in a couple of restaurants. This stuff I just ate was full of cinnamon. I couldn't taste anything else. I ate them. I didn't like them.

Poblano and Oaxacan Mole do use Chocolate BUT there are different variations in the north and south of Mexico were people do not use chocolate for the mole sauce, the most famous one is the Mole Rojo or red mole without chocolate from Michoacan
