Great content. Justin’s comments made me remember a great book I read years ago when I started coaching my sons in baseball. The book was written by college students studying what is a more effective coaching technique. Using the fear of failure or the desire to succeed. Their studies showed the latter was more effective. Again, great video guys, thanks for sharing.
