To trust and release is to believe in 'something' greater than yourself...aka the priesthood of believers.. when you let go of all that, that clutters your mind, body and your life, you make room for that which is life changing... I listened to this light lesson three times. The characters of Ariel and Christine show both the positive and negative aspects of "Trust and release". Great liberation and self-discovery can come with approaching life with such open hearts as theirs, but there can also be the darkness of rushing into things out of innocence, trusting the wrong people, or putting so much trust in an outside source or person you forget to trust yourself. The key is finding balance, when to let go and when to be more cautious or introspective. Both characters go on that journey beautifully (though Christine completely devolves in "Love Never Dies", but that's a whole other conversation).

I remember years ago you said in an interview that quote “Nothing to prove, only to share.” I have told myself that through my auditions, right before I go onstage and I think truly has helped me get into the MFA acting program I am in today. I feel like the quote over time has meant so many different things. Learning about the business now and how hard it can be, these lessons helps me relax and think about my craft. Or how other actors craft is beautiful and is a gift they’re sharing with me.
