Why is it that the last two light lessons that was shared seemed to be exactly what I needed to get by for the rest of the week, and now this too? Almost every event for the past week had me listening in to everyone around me, whether it was an initiated conversation or not. And now, we get to talk about it! #Alignment 🙏💕 Thank you so much for this, Sierra. You're spreading light to everyone in all the things that you do. Keep shining, beautiful.✨

I love that. How can I serve today? So often I get caught up in my own experience- feeling insecure or uncertain or even overly confident, but really I should be turning that attention away from myself in order to serve those around me.

I am proud of us ! I am proud of what we can do as a humanity if we all stand together to fight for something that is right. I feel like more than ever we are listening right now. We are listening to what people have to say , we are listening to what black people have to say and this is a huge step forward because by finally listening closely to each other we are ACTING ! We are acting towards a better future. We are striving towards a larger goal ! This is the proof that we can do anything if we really fight for it ! We are capablr for so much ! I am proud of us. Im proud of all the people standing together and i am proud of everyone who is making a change in a big or small way . We can do this people. Lets stay united and fight together ! I have hope for the future. Lets all do. Lets all fight for the future and for the right to be free. Free of racism, Free of disctimination, Free of shame and FREE to live our lives peacefully

Its funny that listen is the light lesson this week as thats one word I have kept with me throughout my life for different reasons, with family, friends,people,men,myself. I attended the protest in London today. Was a peaceful one and full of us listening to eachother. Let's hope that the people and need to hear us dont listen in vein. Thank you for the listen twice method will try that. Love from London xx

Listened twice to this because I like what Sierra said about listening twice before speaking.What a beautiful advice we can all adopt to create peaceful spaces for ourselves and for others. Listening is hearing with understanding. Thank you for helping empower me to rediscover my own strength (Week 2) to be more vocal for Black Lives Matter and all the oppressed beings (yes, flora and fauna included) 😊 around the world. Effective listening begets better understanding. We can never fully comprehend something as much as others do, but by listening, we continue to learn and grow. 🌏 Meditation ON. More listening; less talking. Thank you, Sierra! 🙏🏼

It amazes me how this light lesson was not as long as the previous one, but it encourages you to attune within yourself. To really listen. To truly hear what needs to be heard. And that alone stands for itself. Also, love the part with the little bird. "Of course, how could there not be." #ChirpTherapy at it's finest. ❤️

Just respond here. Not sure if she will respond though. What is a gold reward?
@Roromojo224 жыл бұрын
I’m a 2020 HS grad this year, and a gold award is the Girl Scout equivalent of an Eagle Scout. The highest achievement available in Girl Scouts. It’s my last year to do it, and with everything that’s happened... it’d be a nice close to this year of troubling times. I’m writing a book to help teens specifically, but really anyone who deals with depression, anxiety, mental health issues, or just wants to be a more peaceful person in general. I was partially inspired by Sierra’s light lessons and would do anything to get her attention just to see if she would even be interested in helping me out.
