Wow, Age 22 and 23 having such a profound conversation, especially the tomato 🍅 analogy. At that age I was talking about drinking beer and telling fart jokes.
Is it possible to remove the romaji at the bottom and substitute it with furigana for kanji?
@mustang123452 ай бұрын
Agree, furigana would be much more useful I think at this level !

just a tiny request, instead of romaji can you add furigana instead because romaji distracts from reading the words in their Japanese form. thank you sm for the vid it’s so helpful 🩷

I’m here to give the same feedback. This video just came up on my homepage but unfortunately, I won’t be able to watch this channel if the romaji isn’t removed because it is too distracting. I don’t know any learner who wants to see romaji since most of us learn hiragana very quickly. Furigana would be a lot more useful for kanji that we don’t recognise! If they want to include romaji, it should be a removable caption so we can turn it off.

I second this! Please replace romanji with furugana!

I love these videos! I will say that the new subtitles make it a little bit harder for me to read cause my eyes are so slow haha but the tomatoes were so good!

“Tomatoes are not delicious”. For me, that part sounded like “You’re wrong!”(You’re not supposed to say anything like that, you should’ve realize the person who would receive you). At first, I was getting excited to romanticizing. But as far as I listen to the tomato convo, I’m not comfortable with the whole idea i’m getting from this. By the way, she’s cute though.
