It would be beneficial to highlight the global public health crisis affecting women & children in the Family Courts The UNHRC & SPECIAL RAPPORTEUR recently concluded a study on Custody and tragically over 80% of women & children who divulge DV & CSA are in fact Severed; Punished; akin to torture! Not only are the mother child attachments destroyed; the power & force of the entirety of a system comes down upon a mother. Often ordered into silence, oppressed, and isolated from their children for years upon years. LAS, PTSD, CPTSD, Grieving every day, being denied any defense, stripped of said liberties & autonomy; denied any aide, any voice, choice, or remedy.. again.... akin to torture....
