Thank you Dr Gardner. I have a recent case that resembles an atypical fibrous histiocytoma (a little storiform, spindle cells with many epithelioid histiocytes, atypia, several normal mitosis, we also thought about atypical fibroxanthoma as a differential diagnosis). I'll try ALK !
