Hi, నేను eploto 7g కొన్నాను. 8 months అవుతుంది. పికప్, స్పీడు పర్ఫామెన్స్ good. ఇప్పటి వరకు 10750km తిరిగాను. కానీ స్పేర్ పార్ట్స్ ప్రాబ్లమ్స్ ఎక్కువగా ఉంది. కొత్త స్పేర్ పార్ట్స్ వేసినందుకు ఛార్జెస్ వసూలు చేస్తున్నారు. eploto company వాళ్లకి ఈ-మెయిల్ మరియు వాట్సాప్ చేశాను. కానీ వారి వద్ద నుండి రెస్పాన్స్ రావడం లేదు. కావున కొత్తగా వెహికల్ కొనే వాళ్ళు స్పేర్ పార్ట్స్ వారెంటీ ని తప్పనిసరిగా చెక్ చేసుకొని కొనుక్కోవడం మంచిది.

With my experience I noticed these problems If stops in journey U have to push No space for helmet If battery dies 40k🤣 Battery discharge if kept idle for two days Odometer is not showing proper kms Not proper suspension No space for two persons And not suitable for whole family If weight is more than 120kg, it will not move Dealers give warranty for battery only if the mentioned crisis followed, Which is not possible Speed decreases along with battery, speed of 60 can not be achieved at 80% charging also Light weight vehicle, Only suitable for ladies Who goes to office come and fro It won't go from a small path hole filled with rain water Dealers doesn't have much knowledge, So for every issue they keep sending it to head office, Take too many days to return Km range can not be achieved as claimed by company if they claim 120km it gives 70-80 max Can't go long distances Speed decreases when u r climbing hill areas Not suitable for rough roads If battery cycles are not proper than Capacity of battery decreases. No re-sale value What if dealers close their dealership.

Any electric scooters you purchase mainly take care regarding the charging the battery 🔋 1. Don't charge the battery immediately when you come from outside , give at least 15mi time. 2. Don't charge in the higher voltage charge points. 3. Don't charging over night /over battery time capacity

My experience with epluto, Issues: 1.stopped working after 3 months , (company technician changed ecu free of cost) 2. Speedometer numbers not working ( it's been 2months since I raised with dealer, still no parts ) 3. Under seat Storage space lock not working from day 1 , problem not solved 4. Vehicle stops in the middle of road starts working again after 2 or 3 days ( dealer says he will fix the issues ) 5: soft suspension causing back pain (no solution than buying suspension of tvs or activa ) Positives: low running costs , I don't even observe difference in my power bill , Range : I charge once for every 2 days , I have traveled max 58km in one single go still battery showed me half left (😉 it doesn't show accurate range ) My Verdict: if you live in city , dealership is near to you and you already have another petrol vehicle at home then only think of buying electric vehicle
