Thanks for the review!, Might I kindly request if you could test the call quality via wired USB connection?, It is a must feature for me especially when dealing with critical calls to be able to have that feature

This is a crowded space (over ear + noise cancelling) with lots of options, so how do you choose one over the other? Especially with general opinion of Sony WH1000MX3 as the best at €100 lower and the Surface Headphones 2 for Microsoft enthousiasts even lower...

Agreed, lots of headsets to choose from, my rule of thumb is that I only evaluate Teams certified headsets, since it is there I do my collaboration and I want a headset that is great in all scenarios :)

Compared to Sennheiser MB660, I noticed the case seems to be lower level, MB660 case was real premium hard case...anyway, it seems to be high quality product, as MB660, although I am not sure if it worths the upgrade as it seems very similar to me...one question - I use MB660 and when connected to the dongle, all other computer audio apart from Skype or Teams, such as music or KZbin, are not playing to the headphones...you need to be connected via regular Bluetooth or wire...is this still the case with EPOS? And one disappointment I need to express - still no USB-C??

Yep premium product for sure. Do not pair it with native Bluetooth. You can choose the dongle as the system audio in Windows, then you get all audio in the headset. For me, being certified for Teams and the better audio quality are important factors for an upgrade :) But the MB660 is still a great quality headset 👍

Seems like they used the same "mold" as the MB660 and that may be why it's still micro-USB

I got one however the audio quality has been disappointing on my side, people complained they can't hear me clearly when I use the USB dongle on the laptop. It seems like it works fine with the phone over bluetooth and the noise cancelling is astounding. It's possible i got a defective USB dongle.

Congrats! Possibly, also try it with the USB cable, and see if there is a firmware update for the dongle.

@ Hei. Got it fixed: I ran the USB dongle on an external USB cable and I disabled the option "listening' on windows 10 and i adjusted the microphone level. The microphone is extremely sensitive and I had to lower it to 3% level only. The noise cancelling works great, i found out if you put the headset on the wrong side of your head, the NC is so good that it will disable your voice. The noise cancelling is not responsive 100% all the time. it gets adjusted according to different types of situation with the algorithm and it works more like to 90% which is fine with me.

A "premium" product released in 2020 which you will use for years and it comes with a micro USB port..... that's just annoying
