How do I use just the template to make a beer float ? More so making the circles clean cut. Is it possible for you to do video with it ?

Sorry for the late reply. I will definitely be working on a video in the future that uses the template to make a flight paddle with more wood in it.

How would you use this mold if you wanted the wood around the holes?

Jeff, if you wanted to make a mostly wood piece, it would be easier to use the matching template: craftedelements.com/search?q=flight+board You could also use this template to pre cut the wood (complete with holes) to fit, and then insert that wood into the mold. It's definitely a trickier mold to use with wood and resin, its much easier for an all-resin or mostly resin project.
