I found these through extensive browsing. i am a beginner. Bro there are many sites to follow, but beware that few sites have hacking in there name but in reality don't teach to hack. Those are a bag of tricks(u never learn how these work behind the scenes), but u can learn through playing CTF's. It is a time taking process, takes years, but you will ultimately find your way and yes CTF's don't emulate real world experience. After few years you may need to take IT certifications like OSCP which are valued in the industry. A big plus is that CTF's are like games. one can learn easily. Start with overthewire.org (beginner friendly) any doubts ask here.
