Seen some negative putting you off this hotel possibly???
Concentrate on the positive and have no fears here.
The hotel staff “make” a Hotel. Everyone here deserves five+ stars.
That makes this hotel and its management 5 stars+ in our opinion after a 3 week stay here.
Join us, as we show you around with an unbiased visual review.
Our room was 3501 on the left hand building. We are on the top floor, with nice Mountain view.
Our room was so quiet! And the lift to take us down was literally around the corner, and reached within 30 paces.
We did look at the end building which looks over the length of the pool.
Here we found some of the air conditioner units on the top floor appeared 'slightly' noisier than the rest.
So if anyone complained about noise? Then this end block may be the reason?
But lets be realistic, All Air conditioner units make noise and do clatter on occasion when they switch over to de-ice mode and back. Outside, as well as inside.
Must state here that ours was very quiet indeed !
It did not disturb us at all !
Any issues around the pool area regards sunloungers and towels?!
The staff are very vigilant. After 30 minutes, any sun loungers left unattended had their towels removed, allowing those looking for a lounger to find a place easily.
This is a big plus point for us.
Too many times people "Claim" their lounger and leave them for the whole day without being used. High time this activity was halted by hotels.
Centara - 10 star rating for this. Big thanks (Kop cun Kap) to the staff for ensuring this happens.
Some may have noticed the hotel appears to be sited on a main road?
Let us put your hearts at ease. The road is basially a dead end.
Very little traffic comes down here and we never realised that this site would be so quiet.
You can hear the birds chatting away. I think they are called Gakor birds? also sparrows.
We spotted cute lizards too :-) they do appear much to our delight amongst the tree's and bushes.

Hi Paulo and Kath! The location of this Centara resort is really beautiful, I like the rooms and the swimming pool. I would certainly play a game of billiards in the evening. I have to say there is a very good choice on the breakfast buffet I too had beans, eggs and sausages but also lots of fresh fruit. I love the land of smiles! Kop cun Kap Good weekend.
