C3016 CAPACITOR IN SHORT CIRCUIT..EPSON S39 PROJECTOR I DO NOT HAVE A DIAGRAM OR VALUE OF THE CAPACITOR. I REMOVED IT AND THE PROJECTOR TURNED ON AND WORKED NORMALLY
