while the printer is on a desk/table, pull it to over the edge by 6 inches so that the back is over hanging. take a flash light and peer upwards into the back underside view of the printer [Epson 2800]. i was able to access some of the torn pamphlet out. then I was able to force squeeze my hand bumpy knuckles and all into the space at the entrance of the paper feed on top. could not get it so after poking a 8" and round as a pencil, drill bit, into it, the rough edge of the drill dragged some of it out. I again squeezed my hand past my bumpy knuckles and pull the rest out. next i will laminate a strip of paper and adhere it to the paper feed flap so that only my paper goes through. The gap in the flap of the paper guide allowed other things to go in there when i opened it up to copy some thing. these printers definitely need a reverse option to dislodge paper. hope my experience will help some one

Ah yes, the tabs in the back was what I couldn’t figure out! Was able to get my paper jam out that way. Thanks for this video! I just acquired a used 2760, and wanted to test it out, since it came with ink in it. I got it from an open box warehouse, so it probably was returned to Amazon. Ironically, it was an Amazon return slip that got jammed in it 😂

My front loader a rollers seem to be the problem it seems to print the first rollers but the front ruler roller seems to get caught see no paper clips in there it looks clear and yet it clogs up on me front roller seems to be the problem can anybody help did a cleaning of the rollers 567 times still jams especially when I take a picture I want to print up a picture that's when it jams

Does anyone have an issue with paper feeding through it just fine but still coming up with a “paper jam” error message? 😢 how the heck do I fix this? We’ve cleaned the whole printer, zero specs of left paper throughout it but still comes up with this error message?

I have had paper jamming or not taking in paper from day one and almost every time I print this printer ruins 5 pieces of paper before I finally get it to take one properly. Ugh. I hate this printer. Everything I’ve tried has not helped or not helped for very long.
