Can you explain what he did over the TeamViewer connection?? Like did you see him working on it??

If I was able to know what he does I wouldn't pay 15USD but do it myself. only for your information - the authorized Epson service wanted to replace the motherboard for over 100 Euro, instead of what he repaired remotely.
