Hey there! When you get to the steps at 0:31 under Utilities you will now also see the Epson Edge Print Main Installer. You can install that from there and proceed as normal

Hello, the serial number should be on a sticker label on the back of the machine. If you contact your sales rep they can also likely pull from the original purchase records !
