hi, how can i make the difference between a genuine cartridge and a fake one? i bought the yellow one from 2 different resellers and the ink behaves differently when exposed to UV , when comparing with the initial cartridges...

That is a great question and one we have not been asked before. The packaging seems easy to replicate so being able to pick out a fake might be difficult. My only suggestion is to buy from an Epson authorized reseller. If they are authorized, the company should be listed on Epson's website. For the USA - epson.com/dealerlocator?

How does one tell when the charging is completed.. On the P400 the ink light stays lite and have no idea when complete
