XP-3200 - Setting Up a Printer

How do I connect to my PC? Have watched the video but it just says scan code. do not want to connect to mobile. Want to connect to my PC. No lead in pacakge to do this

Got a brand new XP 3200 from Amazon and won’t let me get past preparing stage. Says error 01 (blockage), which it can’t be as removed all packaging/tape and not even installed printer ink or paper yet. Also there is no number to call support in UK, just online virtual assistant.
