i think their eq and music topics are the reason ive been able to stan them since hellevator. every album has multiple songs that are there to either comfort me or show they understand me. especially as someone who has never experienced a romantic relationship or felt romantic love before, but has had a lot of mental health struggles, it is almost guaranteed that i will be able to empathise easily with stray kids songs and them as people- compared to other artists who mainly sing about romantic love or relationships

Hyunjin and Bang Chan wrote Cover Me together. I think the emotional lyrics apply to Hyunjin, Bang Chan, Changbin and Han. Each one has penned super thoughtful, emotional songs on their own, as well as together, about feelings/emotions/mental health.

Blind spot reminds me of a song that the japanese band One ok Rock would compose, esp the chanting at the end. And since han loves oor, he mightve been inspired by them The nuance of "thinking the worse to expect less" vs "thinking of the best and addressing the obstacles" is so blurred yet so enlightening in how a little step forward can change compromise to conviction

​@@laurenclaire I just have a problem with acknowledging that something is wrong, asking for help and I'm scared if someone is asking me for help. So hearing someone actually phrase it with words was like a punch to me

My sister was always asking me that if listening to this group is so great, why do you keep on crying during the songs? and I didn't have a answer for that. Honestly I was shocked about the "level of comfort" this group has provide to a great many Stay have mentioned receiving, that they have even save their lives. I started listening to SKZ at the beginning of the year through a random song selection from YT - Chan's I hate to Admit. That song struck a soul-chord and I needed more. I think hearing your views tonight have help me readjust my thinking as to why I cried and why I still cry on certain songs or when certain people sing them. You mention in this segment that sometime you just need someone to just listen or provide a distraction, & while I know I can't go to the movies with Chan or the others, I can listen to what they saying in their lyrics (even though I cannot understand the actual meaning in Korean), I understand enough Aussie & understand the Music. My family has started to notices me trying to have a better/positive attitude (not snarling & using more than 1/2 word answers) & I have started focusing/thinking on why NOW I'm being more brave in actually commenting on this platform (still can't deal with other social media yet). I do get that I probably need a better system in actually speaking to a professional in real life but just taking babyStay steps right now. I just found your E.Q. channel (wow) and will go look at your other insightful reactions. Please continue w/SKZ reactions and thank you.

i love all the songs in tge album and i don't know if you already watch the album intro if not you should watch those it has already 2parts i think it will be gonna 3 parts just like in 5 star if you wanna see their insights about the album and recording process😊❤.
