I find the scenario that you've given to form a strategy, I would prefer to go with a strategy where I "buy ATM Strike Option (with Average IV) and Sell twice OTM Strike Option (with very high IV)". Otm is high IV .....so I think it's better to sell this .... because I think low activity on ATM or average IV which is indicate momentum slow down but high IV on otm means high premium so one can sell it and also get the benefit of thieta decaying........

Weekly options are for seller near the expiry even if u r in correct directions and market moves in ur direction u can't make money if the market moves a very small move in opposite all gain will be lost for weekly options buyer near the expiry...u can buy option only in the beginning of the contract as u have much time but it's much costly as u r paying for the time also so choose wisely happy trading
