Equalizer new generation Precision C planting unit | Part 2: Options available

Hi we have a Equalizer wide span and the side wheel cylinder hoses leaked so we replaced them both but now when we work the machine it does not bring the wheel down to lift the machine. We have bleed the system but still nothing work. Could you peehaps advise what we are missing. Left side cylinder is working perfect only the righthand one does not want to lower.
