This is so much more difficult when your boss is the military and you’re a civilian. They’re so used to just ordering people around without any concept of how those orders impact the person individually. They will look you in the eye, nod along, and say no problem. Then a year later they go back on the accommodation, and now you have to jump through military hoops to get what was once provided in writing. Push too hard, and they slowly begin to push you out. Like the frog in the pot, by the time you realize the water is about to boil it’s too late.

What if a disabled representitive of the courts is denied medication for a learning disability SEVERE ADHD and gets in legal trouble by self medicating by law enforcement ? Can there be retaliation by the legal system? including jail time?

There is zero enforcement in the federal work place. Seattle EEO judges don't review or hear EEOC cases...they said she was too overworked to review anymore EEOC cases.

How reliable is this information? Last thing i want to do is take advice from a KZbin video that might be incorrect. So hopefully the speaker in this video pulled all there information from The EEOC website...

Hi! Can an employer cancel a position in middle of reasonable accommodation process that was first denied and in appeal process was cancel but just for me because it was a multiple candidates that start working after a conditional job offer accepted

What if I ask to work from home 2 days a week because my condition is effected by me being in the office and I can do my job from home. Can that be denied?
