Let's say I have a matrix A which is the identity matrix. And I enter the 1's as fractions (as 1/1 with the fraction-button 'ab/c' not just simply typing 1) and I substract from it a matrix with values which all of them are fractions as well. Why the result is at these ones a decimal number like 0.666666666 and clicking on the fraction button (or 2nd function and fraction button) doesn't transform the 0.6666666 to a fraction?? I get that sometimes

No you can't but you can solve system of equation like x1+y1=Z1
