Let me educate you about the very obvious and crucial difference between fx991cw and all other Casio science calculators is the soead , try any complex question and the winner is always fx991cw with at least 8 seconds or more ahead.

My German model (DE CW) does solve the integrals with the exact result. However, I do not believe that for an educational tool it's bad to display a multi-digit approximate result for a numerical approximation. I would prefer to school my students to recognize some (more) numbers from the decimal approximation, and also learn that this a numerical approach that may not give the exact result. Besides, the EX dropped out of exact result at almost arbitrary thresholds.

How can I come back to the settings after the generation of the QR code? Its just displaying the QR code when I hit the settings button..

I honestly think that 570cw AAA will stay here for 10+ years untouched ... they have IMHO errors in manual as it has all the same cca 1mW ... then AAA will last for HIS life (probably discharges itself faster than usage of it .... alkaline has shelf life 8 yrs at least ...) ... for sure valid for all these AAA powered modesl; ... you know, its nonsense to state the same battery life for LR44 and AAA ))

hi, this UI looks finally quite cool and fresh :-) ordered this lovely calc today (fingers crossed the keyb is OKAY, because on 991ex (the ugliest font one), I fixed the keyb response little-bit by some supports for keyb PCB on the edges where it was too flexible, ... more screws nex time, guys ...) ... (and thanks to all your tutorials!) ... on the web exists one article titled "Comparativa entre las Casio fx-82 más actuales" which compares 3 generations of fx-82 up to 2nd ed and its funny how they skipped with keyb layout, really as if it designed little kids :-) ... I understand its not easy to do unified UI with growing functions, but on this 991cw somebody evidently restarted thinking :-) kudos!! and tnx again to U2;

hi, kindly please, can you peek at this video (id Mi-49zfnfXs) where guy tells he used quadratic regression (so stat) to solve quadratic equation on fx-82ms (2nd) ?? in the comments it finally looks like nonsese or at least mistake when he had something i C variable while storing this 4x into stat/reg/quad data (but for very weird reason )) .. I think he left something in variables after his manual calc using obviously the al-Khwarizmi formula :-) .... or its some kind of joke/scam ))) cheers; ... it took me SEVERAL HOURS to investigate, including yours videos, so I finally learned how to use these modern, umm (f-715sg is 2013, with the same internalas as fx-82ms 2nd, probably, 2018) calculators ... glad I learned something new and repeated some high school math ... btw, buying such calculator and reading deeply its full manual is great and FAST way to jump into math, on some models even university level ... thats why I love them still, as they are simple and limited for most important things, IMHO :-)

hi, quick note, as only for some curiosity comparing here f-715sg (2013) and casio fx-82ms (2nd ed) (2018) ... the canon has also memories 0-9 :-) ... but generally, it looks like the same intrnal chip, only with reconfigured keys, otherwise similar (most interesting is behavior of DMS/DEG conversions, it finally works, I elsewhere ranted a bit ... but still, cant undertand WHY they didnt show ' as minutes and '' as seconds during entry/show ... graphic line is okay and even on the 7seg its possible ... (drown into deepnes of the chips probably too much )))) cheers

So this calculator only allows entering formulas and then fully evaluating them? It doesn't allow doing calculations on the fly? On some calculators, you can press, let's say, [2] [9] [-] [3] [=] to get 26, and then if you press [=] again, it repeats the last operation (subtracts another 3) with every [=] press. Can this trick be done on this calculator too?
