Es enorme ver la lucha que mantienen OLIVER PESLIER vs,CHRISTOPHE SOUMILLOM,este último para muchos considerado el mejor jockey del mundo. En esta ocasión las montas no son comparables. ORFEVRE se vence sobre SOLEMIA,aunque no la molesta en su acción. SOUMILLON se ve ganador pero la fe y la energía que desarrolla O.PESLIER es tan grande que me atrevo a decir que es una de las montas mejores que he visto en muchos años de afición. Es hermoso ver como SOUMILLON felicita a PESLIER.

you have no idea what you're talking about. even orfevre's trainer said post-race soumillon gave him the "perfect ride". orfevre was tired and started to hang in badly in the last 150m - so it was lack of condition which got him - not anything to do with soumillon at all.

The best horse in the race by a country mile somehow managed to end up 2nd in this race? Credit though to Olivier Peslier for a great tactical ride on Solemia, because he had the only horse in the race with enough left in the tank to go and get Orfevre. It was almost shocking how easily Orfevre just blew right on by all of the top European horses considered the top contenders in this race. Camelot, Saonois, Great Heavens, Sea Moon, Bayrir, SNA, and Shareta.were all left toiling in Orfevre's wake

Me alegro sobremanera por el preparador español Carlos Laffon-Parias y el excelente jockey Oliver Peslier,al que hemos tenido ocasión de ver montar en La Zarzuela. En cuanto a la victoria de SOLEMIA 42/1,una sorpresa increíble como el año pasado DANEDREAM. Sinceramente pienso que FRANKEL hubiera ganado con tres patas. CAMELOT,posiblemente acusó el viaje y el Saint Leger.No le correría hasta sus 4 años. La monta de O.Peslier extraordinaria.Mas de 100 grupos I y 4ºArco del Triunfo. ¡¡¡GLORIOSO!!!

As his jockey Soumillion said, "He STOPPED in the last 150 meters." He got very tired..The top Euro contenders were Danedream,Nathaniel and Snow Fairy and they were all not in the race. Racing Post, in their article today, said this Arc is the lowest rated Arc in over 20 years.

Creo que al haber retirado a Frankel,nunca lo sabremos. Ganó sus catorce carreras corridas y 9 Grupos I,seguidos.Millero único,ganó hasta 2.000 m. En el peor de los casos,hubiera perdido el invicto,aunque lo dudo ante Solemia. En todo caso Frankel,sin duda es el mejor caballo de los últimos cuarenta años. Pongo el punto de corte por (Mill Reef,Secretariat,Nijinski,Brigadier Gerard,Ribot...)

Yo no lo veia ganador el arco y contra estos rivales,si la carrera es en parciales ligeros sabiendo que es un millero quisiera ver si le daba la Stamina...En 2400 para mi es vulnerable Frankel

Fue un gran millero..Esta por encima de Invasor,Candy Ride,Ghostzapper,Sea The Stars, Dubay Millennium entre otros?...Con secretarias es imposible comparar lo que hiso Sec fue impresionante sobrenatural diria pero no se compara Sec lo paseaba a Frankel si corria..Con Ribot ni se compara lo hecho el Italianon fenomeno...Actaulmente en 2400 mtrs no ganaria tene a Orfevre que para mi es el mejor fondista del mundo en Pasto...Otra cosa le dispararon a las carreras e peso como el Arco y otras

Frakel nunca corrio en 2400 mtrs y está era una carrera muy difil para el contra top class europeos no eran cualquier matungo...Para mi no lo corrieron por que sabian que era complicada y tenia en perdida su invicto con tren de carrera violento en parcialesrapidos Frankel es vulnerable a perder y no se sabe si tenia Stamina para los 2400 mtrs

Orfèvre à fait un micro malaise dans les 100 derniers mètres tu voit bien qui viens pour gagner facile et il c'est mis a penché d un coup réfléchi..

Orfevre had thrown a his seasonal debut race away...questions were asked about his temperament then & through-out the build up to the Arc! clearly Orfevre has temperament issues.Horses very rarely turn up to the Arc lacking condition.I blame the horse but if Soumillon held onto him for longer his burst would have won the race.

If you browse through his form you have to conclude he's been beating absolutely nothing all season,couple that with this performance & you'd have to think he's not good enough.AOB & Coolmore are a huge operation they are also a huge propoganda machine & have already excused this performance just like the did with the Leger & Irish Derby.I've been saying all season he's the best of a bad bunch of 3yr olds which explains why nobody can name a 3yr old horse he's beaten who has won a G1 this year

スミヨン騎手の追い出しが少し早すぎて、オルフェーヴル単独走になり、馬が少し気を抜いたところを、負担斤量の軽いソレミアに差されましたね。十分に勝てる力が有りながら残念でした。日本馬を熟知し、凱旋門賞の経験もある武豊騎手に騎乗してもらえば、勝てたかも。まあ、結果論ですが。 😓🏇

Estimado Mario Damian,en Europa,realmente los 2.400 m.,es la distancia canónica pero no en especial para grandes fondistas.estos tienen los 4.000 m.de la Royal Ascot Gold Cup,Prix du Cadran,Gladiateur... Frankel,ganó sus 14 carreras casi jugando y nunca exigido mas allá del 50% de sus posibilidades. ¿"Stamina?-Si claro,sobrado,pero nunca necesitó demostrarla Te darás cuenta que la monta de C.Soumillon,sobre Orfevre,muy rara,se desequilibra y no empuja.Desde luego,no va en demérito de O.Peslier.

Orfevre lost due to poor ride by Soumillon, who was totally unbalanced in last 100mts. He looked like a bag of potatoes bouncing up & down. He will never ride an Arc winner riding like that, and also made his run too soon! Time his run correctly & he wins convincingly!

Sigo pensando que Frankel,que ganó sus catorce carreras casi jugando con caballos de la clase de Excelebration,Farrh o Cirrus des Aigles,dio un valor "Timeform",desconocido en la Europa de los últimos cuarenta años. La exigencia,perdón,de este Arc es bastante pobre y sigo ratificándome que hubiera ganado fácil en sus 2.400 m. Solemia y Orfevre,para mí,son muy inferiores a Frankel. Faltaron a la cita alguno de los mejores pero la clase,el valor y ese prodigio Frankel,se hubiera impuesto.
