I love Mav, there is just something about him that is rather special, I think. Not flashy, just quietly correct and trying so hard for you. You have a real gift for making horses, from baby to Grand Prix, you should be very proud of all your boys. What an achievement!

You can tell he has an intelligent eye as they say. Nicely done.

This entire process just blows my mind. The way you intuitively know what the horse needs from you. Can't wait to see him next year!

You are simply amazing with the youngsters. And obviously so is Brona. So quiet and confident and so they all become quietly confident happy horses. As others here have said - you truly have a gift!

What a difference. He is such a smart boy. Day one he has no clue. He is trying because that is in his nature. To see progress like this from the beginning of your training till the end is remarkable. It is a testimony to you as a horsewoman. You are so quiet and consistent, not getting angry or having too many expectations. Your aids are clear and quiet and if he doesn't understand, you just ask again. This is how young horses should start. Next year he will be ready for so much more! Well done.

What a lovely boy, Mav is. You brought him along so much in such a short amount of time. It will be very nice to see him again next year, a little bigger and stronger (though I could see his balance and strength developing quickly under your capable and kind hands). So nice for Bronna -- she drives the trailer for you and you bring a young horse along for her -- good all around. I love watching the way you work with all your horses -- I think it is the way it should be done for all of them. Thanks for taking us along :)

Mav looks lovely. He really is going so well in a short time. I almost wish that he wouldn't grey out as I love his colour and the star on his face. Happy travels to Australia. I think you will miss your boys, Dali and Khal, but Rocky is waiting for you. I have a big soft spot for him (as I do your other horses).
