Hi Dan, thanks for your wonderful comments about our SP15 microphones and how nicely they work with the Zoom F3. The cable we use is made by Mogami chosen because it is 100% shielded to reject RF noise especially from cell phones. That is a big problem when dealing with very sensitive microphone signals. So we have to give up some flexibility to get the lowest possible noise. It's that low noise floor and the wide dynamic range that makes the SP15 an especially good match for 32 bit floating point recording.

Basically the gold standard of cables. Does the pro have lower noise than the others? Having the 3.5mm to camera or line option would be nice for convenience
