Agr jo hmaare pass 20 lakh pade hai hum uska SWP karwate hai 14% return pe toh 7 saal baad hme full emi pay krne ke baad bhi hmaare pass 6,25,883 bach bhi jayenge. Please mujhe correct kariyega agr main glt hu toh sir

Sir aap ne jo rupee vest website batay tha uss main jo bhi data dikha rha hai thoda sa alga hai as compared to grow website data waha par jo expense ratio hai , waha se 1percent , ya fir 0.85 percent ka different hai har mutual funds ke expense ratio main.... Sir one doubt about what you said at 11:30 mins. If market crashes today and I invest before the cutoff time of the fund like 3pm. So i am able to buy at the low NAV right. Cause transaction happens at T+1 days and Nav will be calculated after market close and next day I will get the units at yesterdays closing Nav. Can you please clarify is this is correct?
