Hello Sir , Recently passed L1 , had taken your Homeschool option , I must say the way you teach is just phenomenel , I tried Demo videos of 2 of your competitors (you know who ) but your way of teaching , The Fintree LMS and your tricks to memorize formulas like the RCL1-RCL3 for example, is just simply amazing ! Feel lucky to have met a Guru like you in my life (Guru's don't part ways with their students , teachers do ! ) , Hope I can become like you someday ! Thanks once again , May God Bless you !

Sir can you talk a little about Short Selling in India? Why is it not common? What are the regulations that are restricting it and in the future do you see these regulations eased to allow more short selling in India?

Sir , Rich will get richer Poor will get poorer, so for a 10 to 15 year horizon should we invest in Large caps / Growth stocks or Value stocks / Small and Mid caps that would become large caps ?

If you were 33 years old, with no prior work experience in finance but had cleared CFA Level 2, which career path would you choose to achieve exponential growth and make up for the professional gap of the last 10 years?

Hello sir, I have cleared CFA L1 and started my job in project finance. (where the company is managing more than 100 cr. Loans). I'm confused regarding what could be the "career path of this profile" and I'm also confused whether I should go for CFA L2 and L3 or I must do some short term courses that give me technical skills. In terms of salary and career what could be the best decision?

My whole firm consist of 10-12 people . I feel that my learning curve is not growing in the firm and the Financial models are not comprehensive . should I stay a bit longer or start looking for other opportunities?

Hello Sir, What are your views on EMS sector? Especially Consumer Durables Contract manufacturing? I am holding PGEL from ₹26(1000 now) and when I look at valuations these companies are trading at 100+ PEs. Also, I was looking at Virtuoso Optoelectronics I think it's the smallest listed AC Manufacturer out there. They have good expansion plans into Deep Freezers, Washing Machines and others. I feel like it's at the same place where PG was 3 years ago. They use WDV depreciation hence their PAT used to look very depressed otherwise On EV/EBITDA, P/S, P/B it's available at good discount. Now they've shifted to SLM and can post 24-25cr if PAT so would that be a trigger? I visited their plants and met management at Nashik it's very good. How do you think about investing in such companies and is there any anti thesis that you can think of here?

Also, do you think their capex can accelerate once they start posting 40-50cr PAT/Cashflows? The avg plant that they set up is 100cr+ so maybe they can start funding it internally instead of raising more equity capital.

Hello Sir, Now a days we are frequently hearing the words like Multibagger, Exponential growth etc. But can we consider 10% to 15% return per year on the portfolio a decent return. Please share your view. Thank you sir.

10-15 % returns depends on the risk you are taking, whether it is a good investment or not depends on the instrument itself.
