Ma'am in the last part of the video, if a+b = b+a is odd, then does it denote a symmetric condition? For example, (a,b) = (3,2). Here ( 3 + 2 ) =( 2 + 3 )= 5 Is this symmetric as well? Please explain ma'am.

Here, the given question is that if the relation is RST(equivalent) in case of even. If it becomes odd then we can reverse the condition then also the relation is equivalence since the context of the question has been changed.
